We are an all volunteer organization and welcome your participation in several rewarding activities. If you want to make a big difference in the lives of our residents, there are many ways you can get involved. We need volunteers over the age of 18 years old to walk our dogs of all sizes, spending time with our cats, grooming our dogs and cats, taking photos to post online, helping in the office, or helping with adoption events.
We have no minimum hour requirement, and the kennel is open to our volunteers 6 days a week between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.
If you are a CPDT-KSA trainer or a groomer, please consider donating some of your time for a rewarding experience, and to help our dogs become more adoptable.

*** Note: A $10.00 deposit will be required for each leash, if your interest is to work with our dogs. We only use a 'slip-on' type leash, and no other types of leashes, leads, collars will be permitted. |
